侯水生
一、个人信息
侯水生，男，1959年10月生，研究员，博士生导师，水禽研究室主任，国家水禽产业技术体系首席科学家。1997年获国家科技进步二等奖。农业部有突出贡献中青年专家，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。1997年以来，主要从事水禽育种与养殖技术研究工作。
现担任《水禽世界》编委会会员顾问，《中国家禽》和《动物营养学报》编委会委员，中国绿色食品发展中心和无公害食品发展中心专家咨询委员会及认证评审委员会委员，农业部工程建设项目项目评估专家，全国学位与研究生教育评估专家，国家农产品质量安全风险评估专家委员会委员、科技部863计划、自然基金项目评审专家。
二、研究方向和在研课题
1997年以来，主要从事水禽育种与养殖技术研究工作。先后主持完成多项国家攻关课题。主持的课题有国家支撑项目“家禽健康养殖新型模式研究与示范”和“优质高产水禽新品种选育”、科研院所社会公益研究专项“中国水禽饲料营养品质评价方法与技术研究”及农业科技成果转化资金项目“Z型北京鸭配套系快速繁育与产业化生产技术推广”。 国家水禽产业技术体系肉鸭育种岗位专家。
三、主要研究成果和荣誉
主持完成“八五”国家科技攻关课题“猪鸡营养参数及配方新技术研究”，获97年国家科学技术进步二等奖；主持完成“优质鸡北繁南养技术的推广及产业化”项目，获山西省2000年度科技进步二等奖；参加“三新饲料配方系统”研制，获99年北京市科技进步二等奖；参加“中国部分地方鸡种肉质遗传资源研究与开发利用”，项目获99年农业部科技进步二等奖；参加“畜禽饲料营养知识咨询及配方网络远程优化体统”研究，获2004年北京市科技二等奖。“北京鸭种质资源创新与应用”获2010年北京市科学技术奖一等奖，排名第1。
育成具有生长速度快、瘦肉率高、生活力强的“Z型北京鸭配套系”，2006年获国家畜禽新品种证书。Z型北京鸭配套系肉鸭已经推广到北京、河北、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、新疆、安徽、浙江、广东9省市和地区。
