三、研究领域
主要从事活性氧介导的玉米逆境应答和发育调控分子机理与作物抗逆遗传改良研究,以玉米为材料,重点研究逆境应答和生长发育过程中,细胞核心信号分子-活性氧(ROS)的产消动态调节、信号的感知、胞内包间传导和特异性应答及其与包括脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)和油菜素内酯(BR)等激素在内的细胞其他信号途径整合的分子机理;同时利用所获得的具有自主知识产权的调控基因(如转录因子)及其调控机理,通过基因工程手段改良作物抗逆性和产量相关性状,创制抗逆、高产的作物新种质。
主要成果:
获得美国发明专利1项、中国发明专利5项;发表科研论文34篇,其中SCI论文15篇;受邀作全国学术大会报告7次,国际学术大会报告4次;指导培养研究生35名, 其中毕业35人。
